I would strongly recommend them through used and new trailers of every kind. the sales staff are amazing and personal, i had a great time buyimg a camper and financing is usually a headache but Woody from sales made it the best experience. They never once pushed any overpriced campers on me. I said what I wanted to try to finance for and they did it. If you buy a camper or trailer of any kind at dakota discount talk to woody! My husband and I have been thinking about buying an RV for a number of months. We had narrowed it down to type and features, and used websites from big RV dealers from east of the Mississippi River to get a good idea of what the price should be. Our next concern was finding the particular product somewhere in the area. To our great surprise, we found the exact model (brand new) in Rapid City at a locally owned dealership. Our first contact with the salesman - Lynn was excellent. He showed us around, answered every question (and there were many) and after our third or fourth trip back to Dakota Discount RV we asked him the BIG question - price. He pulled out his cell phone, called the owner and got a bottom line price right then and there. The rest of the process was smooth and at every turn either Lynn or the owner, Kevin would sit down and patiently answer every question.On delivery day it was a cold and miserable December day, but they had the rig all ready, warmed up and still did all the outside work to prep our truck. As we drove away I was remarking to my husband that I don't think we have ever bought any major item that easily. When we found that we had some difficulties with the hitch set-up and took it back, they not only were gracious about fixing it, they prepped a new one in advance of our return in order to help speed up the job. I feel like we not only bought a great RV, but we also made friends that we can count on to help us out in the future if our RV needs change. We will highly recommend Dakota Discount RV and give the whole experience 5 stars. - Marilyn

If you are in the market for a new camper I would highly recommend stopping by and talking with Woody. He took the time to sit down with us and get to know what our needs were in a new camper. He then only showed us campers that would fit our needs rather than showing us a ton of campers that wouldn't meet our needs. Well sometimes when people are not happy with someone or something but everyone else is maybe they should look at them selves. Dakota Discount RV was the BEST experience my husband and I have had in a very long time!! Robert "Woody" Wood helped my wife and I buy a new camper. He was very honest and showed us alot of options that day. He explained all the difference between the new ones and the old campers to us. We went to about five camper stores on that day and everyone else was very pushy and just showing us there junk because we where younger and didn't think we were going to buy anything anyways. I asked so many questions and they took the time we needed plus to make sure our experience was beyond our expectations. One of the easiest, and most spontaneous, large purchases I have ever made. While they were easy to deal with through the sale and financing, the service after the sale went above and beyond! I showed up to take delivery of my camper completely unprepared (my own personal fault). A whole team jumped into action and made sure that I was set up to safely drive off the lot and enjoy my camper. I cant think of many dealerships that would have spent the time and energy they did to make all of this happen on a Saturday afternoon. Even though I bought a small camper, the service made me feel like I just bought the biggest rig on their lot. When I go to upgrade in a few years, I wont go anywhere else. - Toni
